Hearing That Things Can Change Helps Teens Dodge Depression

In a study by David Yaeger from the University of Texas at Austin, researchers noted that telling teens that things and circumstances will get better kept their depressive symptoms from increasing.  Despite being a small study, it is thought to be a promising start in helping teens who are prone to depression to cope better.
