You may be experiencing problems in daily living, difficulty in navigating life transitions, dealing with anxiety, depression or loss, or searching for how to live a more joyful, meaningful life. The foundation of my work is the creation of a safe, accepting, and nonjudgmental atmosphere for you.
We will think about:
- What purpose do your nonproductive habits serve?
- Will you lose control if you let go of the patterns or behaviors that aren’t really working?
- What do you replace them with?
- How do you express your fears of intimacy, aging or grief without falling apart?
