It seems like everything always boils down to diet, sleep and exercise. Articles, books, talk shows, and hopefully, our friends, family, and medical providers, continually remind us about the value of nutrition, good sleep habits, and a commitment to some form of exercise. It’s nothing new. We see it, read it, or hear about it almost daily. So, if we know it’s so effective, why aren’t we doing it?
Sometimes it’s just too overwhelming to think about changing our entire lifestyle to incorporate the Big 3, like it’s some kind of package deal, all or nothing. I’m suggesting picking one area and tweaking one thing, for example, exercise. It doesn’t have to mean joining a gym, or training for a marathon. What about committing to 10 minutes a day?
